Remove existing brackets from 6 window frames and drill in new curtain road brackets into window frames, with direction from owner. Care required as screw likely will need to extend beyond the wooden window frame into asbestos wall. Looking for someone with experience managing this issue safely. Expect it will take 1-1.5 hours.

We have an umbrella which is bolted into our deck. Screws have rusted and I can’t get them to move. You will need to remove the umbrella and the base plate, and then take them to the local tip where I have a voucher which can be used. (Alternatively you are welcome to keep it, but it needs repairs). Tip is a short drive from here. There are 4 bolts you will need to drill into and remove. You will need a Ute or wagon (ie something big enough to take the umbrella) and the required tools

I’m looking for someone to help me lift a beam into place while we fix it off. We’d like to do this at about 10am Thursday morning but are flexible & work into your schedule. It will likely only take an hour but allow for 2hrs.

When you try and push it back to enter the shower the middle panel gets stuck and doesn't go with the others.

Remove rubbish - internal light hollow door x1 and a wire clothes dry rack x1. Door is too big to fit into my normal car. Wire rack is small but I need both gone so easier to both go at once. Very quick easy job to the tip which is nearby. I need this task completed before an open house on Saturday so prefer Friday or before.
