Looking for general handyperson to help with 4-5 small jobs we have to get house ready for rental, see below. We feel it would take around 3-4 hours but will be guided by you. See pictures for the jobs. Happy to consider an hourly rate if that works better. -Finish installing timber garden edging as per design (see pics) -Attach plinth boards to edge of deck at the base to protect from soil going in to make shallow garden bed -Install second plinth below boundary fence to fill gap -Box up exposed plumbing to hide from view -Remove obsolete electrical on fascia + roof We will provide all timber and stakes and need you to provide the rest (ie. screws and equipment etc.) We have a few more jobs available but need to get this stuff done an urgent priority so we can put house up for rental.
