Hi we would like a few handyman tasks completed around our home. 1.) Four external doors - Chrome Barrel Bolt laches installed ( only drilling required). Material will be supplied. Have attached a picture of what this might look like. 2.) Around 7-8 drilling in walls around the home (external and internal walls) to hang paintings and other items. We have a small drill machine but if you have a proper drill that might be handy. Thank you

Removal of the lower rows of tiles to reconstruct the blueboard behind the tiles. Waterproofing as best as possible. Tiling of the area, re grouting in original grout colour, re caulking of the joins between the tiles and the base as will as the internal corners. Reinstallation of the shower screen. I have an external laundry door (820x2040mm) which has water ingressing through the corners of the door. The corner of the door and the door jamb has started to rot.
