Hi, We are about to move into a house we purchased in Saratoga NSW 2251 (Central Coast). The house is 1 storey except for an attic that you can currently only access via pull down, spring loaded, folding stairs that are located in the middle of the corridor between 2 bedrooms and the master bathroom. We now have central aircon cooling/ heating this room and our 12 year old daughter has her heart set on it being her new bedroom. We are looking for someone to recommend the best way for us to put a permanent staircase and then potentially build it. We have had multiple family members her range from draftsman to retired architects suggested a few options that all seem viable but I’d prefer to pay someone who is still working and has the experience and knowledge to recommend the best solution and hopefully do this for us. - Due date: Flexible

I need a 2nd hand garage door removed from residence in Manly and then transported safely and fitted to Saratoga central coast and to a car port. Door will either be sectional and will be electric however electrics will not require wiring - but motor require fitting. Car port will require minor wood work to be carried out to fit the door. Wood is paid for by me (joint trip down bunnings after inspection) Consumables, tools and labour to be supplied by air tasker. Should be 1 days work for the right person(s) Manly car port can be removed any time however car port can only be fitted between May 25th and May 28th. - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 28 May 2023
