The 820mm wide doorway between the garage and the house is to have a 820mm x 2040mm internal door fitted to a barn style sliding door rail that I will supply but will need to be installed. The door will need a 0.5m x 0.4m section at the bottom of the door to be removed to fit an existing ramp.

I need help unbolting garage doors. I have a triple garage which I'm using as an office and spa/massage space but desperately need to open the other two doors for airflow and to cool it down. I need someone on the other side clamping the cup headed bolt in place to stop it spinning when I'm undoing the nut. I've got the ratchet but nothing to clamp the bolt. Should be a 20 minute job max

I have a 3.8m sliding gate with track to be installed. This job has two parts as the driveway concrete will need to be extended about 1.5m to the location of the sliding gate and along the fenceline for the length of the track for its installation (estimate 5sqm of concreting).
