I require a wall hung vanity to be installed and the old one removed + Install basin and stone top bench + Shower head + towel hooks 2-3 + Vanity tap ware + Inbuilt mirror cupboard above vanity + Kitchen mixer replace - I'll provide all items just not tools, nails, bolts etc

Assemble bed bases x 2, laundry cupboard, side tables x2, install tv bracket, install picture hooks, install curtain, Kitchen cupboard handles, put together couch if needed. Roughly 6 hours of work.

Recently put in hybrid flooring. Need someone to cut 6mm off the interior doors

Two tasks please :) 1. Replacement of sliding barn-style door with a normal, boring, turn the knob and it swings open kind of door. Door opening seems pretty standard sized. 2. Creation of a new door. Enclosed flight of stairs pops out to room with no door of any kind - have to use a baby gate to keep my dog from mountain climbing up and down all day long. Ceiling 2.4m, need to have a door built, plus insertion of a transom window (window in my possession, will need to be framed in during the build).

Have a little nook kitchen in my first floor apartment that should have been destroyed before I was born. Alas, it persists. I have bought its new 2024 counterpart straight outta IKEA and I need to make the swap happen. Kitchen is SMALL, which is great news for all of us. No existing overhead cupboards, just a straight run of wooden base cupboards, 70s sink and electric cooktop, plus a stack of two small cupboards and an elevated oven that all needs to go. Replacement items have all been ordered and delivered, resulting in an impressive number of cardboard boxes adjacent to the kitchen. Only electrical work to be done (I hope!) is moving the fridge outlet higher on the wall, to allow the fridge to sit flush to the wall. Plumbing might be more involved - no existing dishwasher, so new one will need to be plumbed in, plus relocation of under-sink pipes from smack-bang in the middle of the base cupboards to back along the wall (for more storage, in my campervan-sized kitchen). IKEA virtual plan available, along with list of items if needed.

Pics added: All pretty accessible, but 2 floors. Theres like... 11 misc flyscreen related wall portals or various sizes that either really need replacing, or may or may not need replacing. They're old and gross and I don't know if they've ever been touched until i tore one open one day to take a better photo of my cat. Then i needed to do that with another window. Then one flyscreen fell out. And bugs come through all the rest. Can't fear dogs. They're nice but they're loud and unruley. I guess purchasing the flyscreen and the little runner tubey things is also necessary? Or i can order if if Im told what to get and how much?

3 x new internal doors need to be hung. Have purchased the doors already. Will require some planing to fit existing surrounds. All require existing handles to be fitted.

I had a corner pantry taken out, which had left a hole in the ceiling above the new cabinets. It needs to be repaired / Gyprock’d. There are a few extra bits which can be discussed (eg. patching holes from removed exhaust fans and light sockets) but this is the main one. I have no idea what this would cost to fix, please quote! The other jobs we can quote when on site.

Handy man for: -toilet seat alignment (has come loose), -patch up ceiling paint where 2x adhesive strips have pulled off paint (ceiling white) -patch up wall paint where 3x adhesive strips have pulled off paint (light sand colour) - rewire phone cable to existing wall socket (1/2 metre away) -remove curtain rail & putty one drill hole, then reattach curtain rail -fix bin attachment & lid to open with cupboard -replace clip to secure frame of window flyscreen

I’ve just had a door put in, but i need someone to plaster over the bricks that have been cut. I will paint and add skirting, just need plaster ☺️

Fix loose bathroom towel rail. My bathroom towel rail keeps coming loose from the mounting plate. This should be an easy fix for an experienced handyman. You will need a set of small Allen keys for the grub screw.

We have an already assembled speed ball & bracket that just needs to be mounted to a brick wall. The holes are already drilled - just need correct fixings
