2 sections of the timber lining are falling and I have 3 plywood art pieces to hang externally and a pull out clothes line to be attached to wall

Bathroom shower leaks, I can remove wall tiles myself, but need shower waterproofing, floor tiles removed & replaced (I have already) wall tiles laid (I have bought), new shower (enclosed glass), taps, showerhead plus new bathroom cabinet. Toilet does not need replacing. I am trying to do this on a budget so am looking for a reasonable cost and am flexible around time frames. If anyone can assist & is willing to do this at a reasonable price, I'd be very appreciative!

I bought a Polypropylene valve box from Bunnings to fit over my retic controller. The problem is the pipe running off the retic controller prevents the valve box from being dug down into the garden so it sits flush. It's not a complicated job I don't think, I just need someone who knows how to cut a space in the valve box for the retic pipe to slide up, so I can push the box down. I can be home early any morning, after 515 every day (except Weds and Thurs) and I'm home all day Tuesday and Friday and part of Saturday and Sunday. Thanks heaps

Mould removal on roof of bathroom

I need a hole fixed for my bathroom door. The hole is the size of a hand so not to big. Ideally need this completed over the weekend. Any help appreciated. Thank you in advance.

To replace latch on door frame

Assemble bed bases x 2, laundry cupboard, side tables x2, install tv bracket, install picture hooks, install curtain, Kitchen cupboard handles, put together couch if needed. Roughly 6 hours of work.

Pics added: All pretty accessible, but 2 floors. Theres like... 11 misc flyscreen related wall portals or various sizes that either really need replacing, or may or may not need replacing. They're old and gross and I don't know if they've ever been touched until i tore one open one day to take a better photo of my cat. Then i needed to do that with another window. Then one flyscreen fell out. And bugs come through all the rest. Can't fear dogs. They're nice but they're loud and unruley. I guess purchasing the flyscreen and the little runner tubey things is also necessary? Or i can order if if Im told what to get and how much?

Need to install a new door in place between bedroom and bath room

3 x new internal doors need to be hung. Have purchased the doors already. Will require some planing to fit existing surrounds. All require existing handles to be fitted.

I had a corner pantry taken out, which had left a hole in the ceiling above the new cabinets. It needs to be repaired / Gyprock’d. There are a few extra bits which can be discussed (eg. patching holes from removed exhaust fans and light sockets) but this is the main one. I have no idea what this would cost to fix, please quote! The other jobs we can quote when on site.

Handy man for: -toilet seat alignment (has come loose), -patch up ceiling paint where 2x adhesive strips have pulled off paint (ceiling white) -patch up wall paint where 3x adhesive strips have pulled off paint (light sand colour) - rewire phone cable to existing wall socket (1/2 metre away) -remove curtain rail & putty one drill hole, then reattach curtain rail -fix bin attachment & lid to open with cupboard -replace clip to secure frame of window flyscreen

I’ve just had a door put in, but i need someone to plaster over the bricks that have been cut. I will paint and add skirting, just need plaster ☺️
