Ceilings and Walls, require completion with gyprock and plaster, and sanding throughout. Currently it is 80% completed, but the tradesperson is on Annual leave for 2 weeks. Open to negotiate a day rate less than $450 + gst for 8hrs (including 1hr lunch break). Starting from 10am (to avoid traffic rush before and after business hours).

There is a water leak coming from the gutter in the external shed and the leaked water made the wooden walls and roof support weaker. Require someone to find the water leak and fix it. Install a support pole to restrengthen the structure.

Skilled Wire Management Specialist Needed for Home Office Setup I'm looking for a meticulous and experienced professional to help organize and manage the cables in my home office. I am very particular about neatness, so I need someone who shares the same attention to detail and can create a clean, well-organized wire management system. The primary task involves tidying up the cables around and under my standing desk. This will require securing the cables to the underside of the desk using cable clips or similar tools, with some wiring potentially routed along the desk frame or even the bottom surface to achieve a seamless, clutter-free look. Current Issue: The built-in cable hanger area beneath my desk is not large enough to accommodate my 8-outlet power strip/multi-outlet adapter, so a creative solution is needed. I’ve tried to manage the cables myself, but I’m not satisfied with the result. What I Need: Expertise in cable management with tools like cable clips, zip ties, and trays. A creative solution for mounting the power station securely under the desk or nearby. The ability to make the wiring invisible or neatly secured to the underside of the desk and along walls or surfaces where necessary. Expectations: All cables neatly managed and out of sight as much as possible. Desk and room look clean, neat, and functional once the job is complete. Need to hang neon signs inside a boxing studio. 2 of them are 1.5 meters wide by 20 cms high. These will hang on a concrete wall approx 4 meters high. The other is a smaller sign (900mm wide x 15mm high) that will hang on a window approx 3 meters up.
