I need a cement board replaced. Size is approx 1.2 x 1.2 .

We removed an old sliding door and replaced it with a new hinged one, but its left a bit of a mess around the external door frame. Looking for someone to help patch it up and then rebuild the door frame to match the others in the house (see pics attached). If you need any more info just let me know.

Our door has somehow been pulled off the fitting under our sink. It’s pulled a part of the board off so I’m not sure how this can be fixed but thought the right person would know. Please let me know how much this would cost & if it is fixable

Have a few places where the concrete has fallen away 2 sections around 150x400, as pictured. Needs to be removed rods drilled in and new concrete to fix properly. There is another that will require wet saw I believe as it cracked due to being no gap between carport and driveway, so I should think will need to be cut out or cut a gap then fill in the crack. Going to paint after or stencil maybe can be quoted at later date.

I have two small kitchen windows about 2m apart in my kitchen at the moment as in the photo. I am looking to combine the two small windows by removing the area between them to make a bigger external facing window. This will need to removing part of the brick wall between two small windows and install a large window frame and glass. This is part of Kitchen reno we are working at the moment. Someone to help me install 50 mm insulated roof panels to my pool shelter. The stirrups, posts and beams will already be in place.
