Hang a framed picture. To go on a plastered wall. I’m pretty sure it’s brick behind the plaster, so needs a hammer drill. I don’t have a suitable plug/screw, so please provide. Picture to hang is ~120 x 80cm canvas. Not unusual or heavy. It would be great to get a local who can just swing by and do it today or tomorrow. Please let me know when you can come if making an offer.

I'm after quotes to replace an old dodgy staircase which leads to my back garden. Ideally replaced with a ramp for ease of moving bins, bikes, lawn mower etc from, but also interested to receive quotes for better stairs. I currently have a vacant block next door, so access is currently easy for demolition and the fences will soon be replaced. Height is 160cm. Our roller door was in really bad condition and it fell off during the storms. We are looking at getting a gate installed so that we can easily move the trailer up too. I was thinking of ordering two of these https://ryhen.com.au/product/colorbond-standard-gate-1720-x-1800mm/. to put up instead but I wanted to check if there was a custom place to make them or if there was someone out here that could help install it once we get it? Ideally it will be a quote for labour and supplies - or we can just get those colourbond ones and then just labour.

Our shower recess was renovated by previous owners who used some form of paint/product for the walls. Within the shower is a small box recess to sit shampoo/cond etc. This area, the surface has worn away and id like the entire recess tiled to keep clean and water tight. Plain white tiles would do. Im not fussy. Just to look neat and tidy, and of course be water tight.

Hi! I need someone to build a feature tv wall to home theater (sample attached). Job includes mounting floating cabinet, mounting TV, building feature frame behind Tv and backlighting.
