I have a number of artworks that need hanging in my new apartment. 1 very large (approx 2mx2m), 3 large, 6 medium, 4 small. They may not all need to be hung, as it may be too crowded with all of them. Therefore, I also need someone who has some appreciation of how they could/should be hung to look best in the space - I need someone who has the eye to help me decide what to hang where, but they also need to be able to do the actual hanging in a way that creates least impact to my walls.

The task includes: 1. Clean/smoothen the ceiling plaster surface (0.15m x 2.4m) 2. Reattach/reinstall wooden plank (0.15m x 2.4m) - requires glue and/or screw/nail 3. Reinstall the blind and its reel (2.4m wide x 2.6m height)

I imagine will need a replacement door. Definitely a new wing mirror. I haven’t absolutely no idea on cost so ignore the price and just give me your offer.

Removal of shelf attached to wall (from build of apartment about 10 years ago). There is some strip lighting glued underneath - if it can’t be removed and you’re not also a sparky, it can just be unplugged. Obviously looking for minimal damage to wall - optional patching after removal.

Door 1: Master Bedroom Need a door handle replaced with one I can lock with a key. Preference would be for you to pick up a suitable handle for me or give recommendation of what one would suit best. Door 2: Main Bathroom Door is slightly hanging down and not closing fully, needing this rectified. I am a FIFO working returning to work at 11am Monday morning, preference would be to get these repairs carried out before I leave. I have 2 x tvs and mounting brackets to be hungover up 65” and 55”. Also have 2 picture frames that need to be hung up too. One in master bedroom and other in the lounge room.
