I have a towel rail which is fixed onto tiles. The screws have come loose, making the whole rail loose. I’ve taken the rail off and tightened the screws, but I think the holes are now too loose and it doesn’t have a big impact, leaving the rail still loose and wobbly. I need someone to ensure the rail is securely fitted to the wall.
