Happy to pay extra for materials. If preferred, you can quote an hourly rate. 1. Repair window lock on sliding window in kitchen (see photo). 2. Install 6x cleats for blind cords before renting out house 3. Fix toilet door - lock does not click into place, so it opens if you push it (see photo of lock) 4. Fix reticulation. We have retic installed at the front of our house and small backyard - both have a leak. (see photo) 5. Replace cover of bathroom extractor fan which has fallen off 6. Replace 2x wooden blind covers that have fallen off (see photo) 7. Drill hooks in brick wall to hang 2 pictures (one behind couch, one in bedroom) 8. Remove aircon vent and give it a quick dust.

We have an existing bling very wide and long (over 3m), that needs to be cut into 2 separate blinds. And then installed. Some hardware will be required to make this work - i.e. brackets, rod cap, pull down chain, etc...

I need a chrome shower rod put up, it’s a 19mm metal tube and may need to be slightly trimmed to size. Also a timber curtain rod in the laundry, will also need to be cut to size

I'm a designer fixing up a garage in Beaconsfield (6162)and turning it into a kids playroom. There is a strip of roof along the boundary wall that needs to be repaired or replaced and fitted with a secret gutter and downpipe. Ideally would happen this weekend or next week if you have time. I'll send some photos now to give you a bit more of an idea!
