My dog ripped up a section of carpet and I’m wanting someone to patch it please. Section to replace is approx 15cm x 40cm. I have the spare carpet to use. Based in south Fremantle. Thank you.

Install 6x cleats for blind cords before renting out house 3. Fix toilet door - lock does not click into place, so it opens if you push it (see photo of lock) 4. Fix reticulation. We have retic installed at the front of our house and small backyard - both have a leak. (see photo) 5. Replace cover of bathroom extractor fan which has fallen off 6. Replace 2x wooden blind covers that have fallen off (see photo) 7. Drill hooks in brick wall to hang 2 pictures (one behind couch, one in bedroom) 8. Remove aircon vent and give it a quick dust.

Sections of the plaster board have been removed due to damage from leaking taps. Need to be replaced.

There is a strip of roof along the boundary wall that needs to be repaired or replaced and fitted with a secret gutter and downpipe. Ideally would happen this weekend or next week if you have time. We'd like to have our wood gate fixed that is missing a plank of wood now and we'd like a new lock installed on it as well. We'd also like to have our screen door fixed. It came off its hinges and will need new hinges. Our fence is old and 4 pieces have fallen off; we'd love to have this fixed with some new pieces. After you've assessed the repairs, I can either meet you at Bunnings at cover the costs of materials or I can reimburse you. Easy either way. We'd need some wood, a hinge and a lock for the gate.
