We are a Youth work organization and have residential houses on the Northside. We are trying to source a handyman/maintenance man to do any repairs as needed

It's a 3 yr old Fujitsu ducted aircon. Running well, just need servicing and replace filter.

Handy man work required at rental property which will be managed by the property manager. Need to drill out the existing lock and replace unit with a new barrel lock and 2 keys. - Repair the broken inspection cover on the lawn by cutting off existing inspection point and replace with a new 100mm fitting - Remove tree stump in backyard. Some of these tasks are minor and would take only a few minutes. The patchwork and stump removal are the only tasks that would take a little longer. Unfortunately I have no pictures. The date it needs to be done is just a done by date. I would prefer in the next three weeks. Any later and I will probably need to cancel again and reassign.

Hello, we are needed someone to come and help us fix a couple things around the house. The first things are the lights, we need someone to come and see what kind of light bulbs we need and change them, photos attached.
