We need someone to fix the wall above the skirting board (grind back and patch), then paint the wall & skirting. There were tiles on the wall previously. The wall is 2.4m long & then the small section is 100mm.

Front wooden door has a piece underneath which has come loose. This needs to be replaced or glued back on. There is also another piece which has been previously repaired and replaced on the bottom of the front of the door. We would like this to be varnished or coated to match the rest of the door.
