And the glass frame slides on once the four screws are fitted ( I have the 4 round fittings and the screws for this sign)- this needs to done on the outdoor boundary wall

Gutters are leaking. I would like the old Caulking removed and reinstalled please. The price is included for us to provide the Caulking tubes. We will be unable to provide any other tooling or ladders. The house is a single storey, so only a 6 foot ladder will be required. There is potential for more work, depending on what you can and cant do like blinds fixing, weeds removal, TV hanging on wall. But the curtain rods, laundry shelving and wall hangings are urgent.
