I own a two story town house - part of a four town house strata complex in Speers Point, NSW. The ground / lower story of my town house has ongoing water penetration issues - to the lounge area and adjacent bedroom. Best guess is that there is water penetration from either: 1. Roof - with water finding its way to the ground floor. 2. Balcony - first floor balcony immediately adjacent 3. Common Wall - connecting this and the next property. I am interested in finding the source of the water penetration with view to rectification. Grateful for enquiry to resolve?
