Sunroom – Replace flooring (Vinyl) and fix ceiling which is falling off a bit. Pic attached. 2. Two bedrooms on upper level – Replace flooring (carpet) 4. Replace rotten wardrobe shelves in a couple of bedrooms. 5. Minor painting job required at a few places e.g Garage ceiling , Reaves, minor touch up in bedroom 6. New Dishwasher installation in one kitchen (no dishwasher currently, will require plumbing/carpentering) 7. One door hinge fix. 8. Some plastering Property will settle on 13-Jan so need the work started from 14-Jan. However need a quote asap to book it in.
