Existing frame and hinges are good, no painting needed and I have the basic replacement locks too but will do that bit myself. I need a section of eaves cut out and replaced. It’s currently made of plasterboard and has become damp and is sagging and rotted. I’d like it cut out and replaced with timber or some other waterproof material. The area size is approximately 220cm x 100cm. It’s also not high up. Approximately 2 metres from the ground. I have 3 circle stains, need them removed. Unsure what this is noticed it was under the couch. I have no idea how long its been there. I've tried bleach, I'm not after it to match as you can see there are multiple coloured floorboards. If there is anyway to make the yellow brown to blend that would be good enough. Supply and install approved wall-mounted TV bracket into standard timber-framed internal wall. A 65-inch flat screen smart TV will then need to be hung from this TV bracket. All electricals already in place. [Please see photo. The TV currently in the photo is old and will no longer be used] - Due date: Needs to be done on Saturday, 9 July 2022. Hang a picture on a brick and plaster inside wall. I don't have or know what is best to bang into the wall to hang it on. Offering $20 plus cost of wall hook.

Very simple job, move few wardrobes to go against wall and fix them against wall ( by drilling screws)
