Find an experienced handyman in Swan View

I need a handy man for various jobs at my property with ongoing maintenance. My offer is $ 25 per hour.

I have heaps of job for a handy man, hanging pictures, fixing cupboards & cabinates, gardening, decking, building gazebo, maintaining garden steps, routine ongoing maintenance

I'm looking for someone handy who is available today who can remove plastic from the floor and clean the jarrah floorboards, put some rubbish(a door and other small items) in skip bin, replace flyscreen on one door and two windows, put perspex in place of a garage window and install a mirror, towel rail. toilet roll holder which I will provide. If you can purchase the perspex, flyscreen and floor cleaner I will reimburse you for this in addition to the job.

I need a dog door put in, new toilet seat put on, electrical socket fixed and possible bathroom ceiling fixed.

Needing 2x interior doors supplied and fitted, needs hinges and knows. 820W 2060H

Step 1-Require help to Drill floor and more holes on steel based plinth as shown in picture. Step2 -Grout under plinth Step 3 - place 10bolts on floor to hold plinth down

Need to replace 1 door frame. The original has been removed.

Looking for someone to come and remove a large rectangle window in our kitchen. And make it bigger so a larger window can be installed so would involve lintel coming down and brickwork removal.
