Re paint letterbox plate

Built in fridge installed 20 years ago needs attention. Rubber and seal is worn . Alarm to cool keeps going off therefore temperature keeps dropping I think due to air gets in from damaged rubber seal . But I am not sure . Need someone to look at it and tell me . This price is for quote only .

Part of our sail about a foot long is torn at tension point . It needs to be repaired and tensioned with a proper methodology. Picture enclosed .

I removed some old built in wardrobes and noticed some slight moulding on the corners of the ceiling, indicating a potential leak issue. The issue could be old or already resolved. I only recently bought the house so I don’t know. See photos attached. I am planning to replace the plasterboard panels and ceiling panels anyway, so access should be easy. The leak is the 2nd story on the left side of the bedroom (same side as driveway)

Hi, needing 65 inch OLED TV mounted above the gas fireplace onto the false plaster wall. wall may need reinforcement. The wall also has a hole which needs repair and may need painting (happy adjust fee if so). Ultimately would like to have a wooden frame or something around the TV so it doesn't look tacked on.
