Our pipes in our main bedroom burst inside the walls which ended up needing to be replaced. The plumber had to scrape off the paint and plaster so that the wall was able to dry quicker. Now that the leak is fixed, I’m looking for someone to be able to help with installing VJ panelling on the main wall as a feature and painting the side wall in the bedroom. Thank you. Doors have swollen in cold weather. Hinges look old and are squeaking. Handles/locks may need replacing. All internal doors need checking. Also door strips need replacing.

Deck approx 5m x 3.5m needs slight maintenance and oiling to stop water damage. The strip of wood down the middle needs replacing. Items on deck will be removed
