The wall hooks must be removed without damaging the wall or impacting the appearance of the wall. All hooks were installed with very small nails included within the hook kits from bunnings. There are two patches that I tried to repair myself as can be seen, and will likely need to be sanded over and painted over.

Hi, I would like some general maintenance completed at my rental property if possible. 1. Replace toilet seat in ensuite (tenants have advised that toilet seat will not tighten and have requested a replacement. Job to include purchasing and replacing with the following seat: https://www.bunnings.com.au/toilet-seat-duroplast-haron-wh-ss-hinges-ts-1200-to_p5140208 2. Front door does not open and close freely. It catches a little on the steel frame, this has happened since the unit was painted a few years ago (5 years ago). It hasn't been a problem up until now but my tenants are asking for it to be addressed. I believe the inside of the door may need to be sanded where it is catching to be able to close properly. 3. A TV Wall mount was removed (4 dynabolts) from the loungeroom wall. The 4 plugs were patched but need to be patched properly and painted over. Please see photo. The paint to be used is Hogbristle 1/2.
