Find an experienced handyman in TAS

Live on a hill. House has moved and water is getting down into the brick work causing mould damage. Need some concreting done to “lock it all in and get some proper run off.

10 year smoke alarm 9v battery needed replacing. Silly me broke the clip when putting it back in. It won't sit in properly without any lights. Online says that it should be replaced anyway at that age. The unit itself is 14cmx14cm I'm not sure which one to choose, I don't mind to take you to Bunnings to choose after you looking at it. I don't have a drill. Do have screwdrivers. I'm available before Midday on Tuesday & Wednesday. I suggested Wednesday. I'm also available this Saturday.

The plastic-coated strings have snapped in several places. I would say the whole lot need replacing.

I have two towel rails (similar to pictured) that have come off the wall. One completely and one still attached by one point. My ex tried to fix the first one but it's off again. Also, my toilet seats are loose and need to be secured. There seems to be a way to screw them tighter, but I'm not willing to attempt it myself!

Hinge has come off white door. Cannot lock shop door. So removed the hinge. I need to have the hinge reinstalled, check all other hinges, test concertina door can be locked and functions correctly.

I have a new solid oak Hume LIN1 internal door with glazing. It is standard size (2040x820x35)and is slightly too big for my existing door frame. I need someone to plane the door height, install the door hardware and hang the door. The frame needs a stop too as there wasn't a door there previously.
