Sliding door is not closing properly. There is a gap. It looks like that it has fallen off a hinge of some sort at the top and is slanting - this leaves a gap when closed to dog door and if dog door is removed.

We need the seal removed around the tiles (see photo) the and sealing redone around the kitchen sink and tiles, a toilet roll holder refixed to a wall and our snake-proofing refixed to the fence with cable ties. The cable tie work will take about 1hr. We will supply cable ties. You will need to provide white grout for the sink/tiles and whatever is needed for the toilet roll holder. Happy to pay with a receipt. Work needs to be done next Tuesday 17th between 7am and 6pm. You MUST have a current Working with Children Check number as we are a preschool.

Nail up a bit of fence that has fallen down

We are looking at someone to come and replaced some times in our hair salon. We are removing a wall and need the floor replaced there and moving the basins so will need the floor replaced underneath.
