2 ceiling fans to be installed

Seeking a handyman to install a milkcan clothesline. What I imagine is involved: - taking out a section of bricks - pouring a small amount of concrete - coming back to bolt in and install the clothesline Handyman needing to have all tools and concrete. We’ve removed oils and cleaned the shed.. it now needs to be painted. We’ve done one coat on the outside but the inside hasn’t been done. The task is to do two coats of paint (ultra deck stain) on the inside walls and two coats of paint on the particleboard floor (deck paint). Stain/Paint will be provided.
