As highlighted in the picture, the crisper bin stand inside the fridge has been worn out and we can see the insulator puff. This needs to be fixed to allow the smooth movement of the crisper bin.

Hot and cold water are available at the wall, drain is installed to the floor. I want to be able to install dishwasher or washing machine (potentially both) in the cabinet next to the sink, so will need option to connect cold water and drain

Install 6 ceiling fans. 5 of them are small DC fans (weighs ~2KG). 1 of them is ~3KG. 1. Power points is available for 5 of them. 2. Need to create 1 power point for one of them at downstairs. 3. Downstairs and upstairs ceiling is at 2-2.5M high 3.1Hooks needs to be installed on the ceiling to fix the clamp of the fan. 4. 6 switches needs to be installed at the sockets terminating end. I’m putting my budget for single fan. 5. Iron rods came with the fan. The date can be slightly flexible.
