Hi, I need a handyman for a few fixings in the house: - fix toilet roll holder - toilet exhaust fall grill fell down, need to put it back. - cleaning of toilet exhaust fan. - cleaning of gutters. - attach a door to a joinery that fell down. It can be some of these or all, can negotiate. Preferably on a Saturday if possible. - Due date: Flexible

The property has two pedestrian gates, both of which need the locks and latches to completely be replaced. - Each gate has a 2mm galvanised steel frame with timber pickets - The gate posts are red gum - New latches need to be installed that can be locked from the inside and the outside - When seasons change, the current latches are out of place and the gates will not latch/lock correctly. A solution is needed that will allow for when the timber cools/heats and expands/contracts, such as fitting a wide receiver for the latch arm - We would like a high quality latch/lock to be fitted (…nothing cheap) (not sure if this can fit in the budget or on top, will wait to hear some quotes first as we're not sure on how expensive this should be). Flexible in regards to $$, just want a good job done. I built the fence and gates myself, the frames were constructed by Metaland in Geelong. I understand that these gates are not perfect and now it’s time to hire a professional to fix and finish off this important task. Hi, I have 2 doors that need hanging. They both have glass in them so they're rather heavy. One is an inside door. The other is an outside door. The outside door probably needs the frame to be reinforced. The inside one needs the hinges moved and door handle tightened. Hi, I have an outside hinged timber door that has fallen over twice recently. I need it to be either repaired or replaced. The frame will probably need to be reinforced again as well. The tricky thing is that I need it to block the wind but let in the sunlight, so it will need to have a large panel of glass in it as well. I'm open to the idea of buying a second hand door from somewhere like Restorer's Barn, as it will be in better knick than the one that has just fallen over.
