I am in the process of purchasing a property and am in need of someone who can lease with me and the agent to repair a water leak and some cosmetic paint damage before settlement. There is a false balcony on the second storey where the water is coming from there is a piece of flashing that has lifted that needs to be resealed and reattached, here is also a poorly installed piece of timber that has a lot of gaps allowing water to enter this needs to be removed the gaps sealed and then reattached in place. Internally there is some paint peeling in the top corner of the lounge that needs to be sanded back plastered and painted.
