I have a Tesla destination charger built in to the wall outside that needs to be uninstalled/demounted, and a metal plate screwed on to cover the spot where it was installed. Also need a Samsung Frame TV to be uninstalled/demounted from the wall. Price for job to be discussed and agreed

Our garage door opening motor seems to grind and/or miss some cogs and makes some shuddering noises when opening. The door seems to shut properly and opens fine once the shuddering (for a second) has completed. Need some work to stop the shuddering.

Hi mate, the fridge which I currently have doesn't fit into the kitchen cupboard in my new house. House recently bought, part of the house is on a slope and as such has what I can only assume to be some water erosion of some of the render/underlying brick. Does it just need some paint? Maybe some mortar? Whole new render? Not pedantic, probably just need to stop water getting in. I am looking into getting some additional drainage put in separately.
