door handle is not working properly

Hi! My name is Megan. I am looking for a handyperson to install two picture hooks in two different rooms of my house. Walls are Gyprock. Pictures are 122 x 122 (canvas stretch) & 90 x 90 (bit heavier with wooden frame). I am looking for someone who can professionally install screws to hang the artworks.

Remove two wall plugs from a concrete wall and patch up holes (see photos)

Need 4 x interior sliding doors hung, as well as one hinged exterior door. All need architrave fixed. 1 X window fixed into cavity. Possibly also render exterior exsulite foam.

Tenant recently moved out and discovered water damage under one of their indoor plants. If required, I have spare flooring.

Burnt parts of an apartment wooden floor. Need restoration.

Looking for someone to restore and repair 6 Thonet chairs. See photos for more details. Three of the chairs have holes in the rattan seats (two of those are only tiny - not sure if they can be repaired rather than replaced or what is more economical).
