Find an experienced handyman in Turner

Hi! My name is Megan. I am looking for a handyperson to install two picture hooks in two different rooms of my house. Walls are Gyprock. Pictures are 122 x 122 (canvas stretch) & 90 x 90 (bit heavier with wooden frame). I am looking for someone who can professionally install screws to hang the artworks.

Remove dryer from wall and take to tip (from second floor apartment) and patch any holes left in wall

Remove old seal and re seal kitchen sink

Remove two wall plugs from a concrete wall and patch up holes (see photos)

Need 4 x interior sliding doors hung, as well as one hinged exterior door. All need architrave fixed. 1 X window fixed into cavity. Possibly also render exterior exsulite foam.

1 large and 2 small pieces of art to be hung. I have all the hardware required.

Clean a small area of pavers, 3 stair landings, and a deck.

We have approximately 90m2 of plastering to be done. Gyprock will be hung and just needs to be set.

Hi, I accidentally dropped the sliding net screen from my window while cleaning it. It’s the mesh screen that sits behind the window to keep bugs out when the window is open. I’m having trouble reattaching it to the frame and could use some help getting it properly readjusted. Thanks!

I took the fly screen out to clean cobwebs outside my apartment window and forgot to reinstate them. Now I am in Melbourne so need someone to do it for me. Work includes collect keys from real estate agent at Ainslie ACT 2602 Go to apartment 2612 and fix fly screen Drop off keys at Ainslie 2602 5 min drive from real estate to apartment Should take 1hr for the whole thing.

I need help drilling some screws in around the apartment to help hang hooks and frames. Firstly, I have hook I need drilled into a concrete wall in my garage so that I can chain my bike to it. I also need some help drilling hooks in my apartment to hang frames - I am not sure what exactly is behind the wall. I need someone who has a screw driver and has experience with different wall types. I have some screws but ideally be good if you the person could bring some too if options are needed. Assume that I don’t have any tools.

We need a licensed handyman to install a dog door into a standard timber door. Then replace the existing door with this new door including swapping of door handles etc. We have purchased the dog door as well as the new door to install it into. Photos attached. Must be done this Friday 9th August

The metal downpipe of my townhouse outside my bedroom window makes a loud dripping sound when it rains as the rainwater hits the pipe at a sharp 90 deg angle. Need someone who has a tall ladder who can add something in the pipe joint to dampen the noise e.g. coil of nylon rope, rubber, mesh wire or something to guide/soften the water drops please.
