Find an experienced handyman in Underwood QLD

I would like to install 4 ceiling fans in each of our 4 bedrooms upstairs in a two-storey house. All ceiling fans are provided - this task is for installation only. It is a new installation (not a replacement). For three bedrooms, there is only one down light located in the centre of the ceiling so it may need to be patched up. For the master bedroom, there is no lights in the ceiling, just on the side walls. House is in Underwood. We would want the task to be complete before 5 December.

Repairing damage to a clients internal lacquered interior stair treads cause by a trolley dinging the leading edges. There are about 8 or 9 treads with varying degrees of damage but pictured is the worst one and the two flights have 18 treads in total.
