Pipe was leaking before the pop up sprinkler, upon investigation looks like bamboo crushed the replaceable connector, however I cannot unscrew it and the bamboo roots are everywhere. Looking for someone to resolve this sprinkler as I have minimal tools and you can also take out the bamboo tree if required.

The task is required to be completed at 8am on Saturday morning and requires: 1) The installation of a light fitting in the bathroom. The old light fitting has broken and needs to be removed and replaced with a new one which I have purchased from Bunnings. 2) The issuance of an electrical safety certificate. This should confirm RCDs, smoke detector etc are in order so that I can hand it to the purchaser of the property. 3) The removal of a curtain and installation of a new curtain in the bedroom. I have four old dining chairs that I would like made more stable. One is missing a screw, one is missing a wood support and the other two have all their parts but could use a tune up. Wood glue may also be needed but aside from that it will be a tools one type job and I don’t imagine it will take very long, I just need someone skilled and interested to help.

I have 7 wooden lattices measuring 2.5m each which need to be put on top of my fence. They will be replacing old wooden lattice which has fallen down. There are holes in the metal capping of the fence to allow supporting poles to be inserted. I have the wooden supporting poles too. You need to fix the poles to the lattice and insert it into the holes in the fence. A few of the holes in the metal are slightly too narrow so they need to be widened. The total length is about 13m. 5m of which has old lattice that needs to be removed
