Have a sheet of eave that fell off on the corner that needs replacing. Is quite high up (3 storey) so needs a long ladder. Hard to do from the balcony but could be done.

3 x Leaking sash windows. Frames have rotted and internal cedar bead has rotted through with water coming in. Holes in frames have been bogged but may sections may need to be cut out. Ideally not replace whole frame.

Variety of small jobs around the house after a renovation. Silicone around benchtop & 1 spot in bathroom, install towel rail, install toilet roll holder, patch small hole in ceiling sand 1 small spot install lock/latch in door, paint 1 small wall including window frames(2)
