(second image) - Damaged wall - the flooring installer damaged the wall and this needs to be patched (third image) - old lights - the electrician will be removing the old oyster lights - there are two of them in the hallway these will need smoothing over (example in image 2) - minor dings - the two kids bedrooms have a minor dent in the wall (boys will be boys) - these need smoothing over. painting will be done after plaster work. any materials needs to be supplied in quote. access is on second level of two storey home. easy street parking and access.
