Find an experienced handyman in Waterford WA

A recent dig for a sprinkler repair caused 3 retic zones to stop working. Thinking a wire was severed, but I can't pinpoint the problem wire. Need a person with electrical knowledge of retic systems to track down and repair the faulty system. Digging likely required. Would like a quote for service.

I would like help to mount some ikea kitchen cabinets to the wall. This will involve removing existing skirting, cutting it and installing back to the edge of the new cabinet. Same will need to be done with floor skirting. Attached is an image to show the space and the cabinets that need to be mounted to the wall.
