I need someone to stop up this section of gyprock that wraps around my fireplace. You will also need to attach the last piece of gyprock in the open section (waiting for an electrician to finish up. I have an external angle piece, and the gyprock, and probably some gyprock screws too but you will need base coat and finishing compound. Happy to accept quotes that include finishing of the skirting board and the quad.

The two indoor doors don’t close in the latch and can be pushed open. Looking to have them adjusted so they fully close.

Pocket door to ensuite has stopped sliding smoothly. It’s a newish house, so most likely loose rollers rather than damage or debris. Have removed the top wooden track cover but don’t have the right tool to adjust the rollers and not exactly sure how to adjust if I did, imagine it’s a pretty straightforward job if you know what you are doing.

I need more switches on my board. House has barge fuse, current housing looks big enough to insert a larger board.

I have just moved out of my house and realised the television installers left a number of holes in the wall in main bedroom and loungeroom. As the property os on the market, I need these fixed asap. There should be one hole (extreme left) in the loungeroom as there is piping behind the gyprock to hide tv cables. This opening is missing a cover (like the cover near the floor where the aerial cord is coming from). Therefore, the holes need plugging, a cover and paint.

Quite a simple installation but I'm finding it tricky on brick without a good hammer drill - plus getting it all level is annoyingly fiddly! Need an experienced handyperson to do a good job. Google 'store wall' to see the product. It's a garage/workshop storage solution that you screw onto the wall.
