We need 4 wall ‘steady bike racks’ installed in our garage. To hold the weight of the bikes, we need to install a support (piece of wood) by attaching it to the wooden studs / wall frames. Pocket door to ensuite has stopped sliding smoothly. It’s a newish house, so most likely loose rollers rather than damage or debris. Have removed the top wooden track cover but don’t have the right tool to adjust the rollers and not exactly sure how to adjust if I did, imagine it’s a pretty straightforward job if you know what you are doing.

I have just moved out of my house and realised the television installers left a number of holes in the wall in main bedroom and loungeroom. As the property os on the market, I need these fixed asap. There should be one hole (extreme left) in the loungeroom as there is piping behind the gyprock to hide tv cables. This opening is missing a cover (like the cover near the floor where the aerial cord is coming from). Therefore, the holes need plugging, a cover and paint.
