I have an exhaust fan in my ensuite which has stopped working. I need it replaced with a IXL 250mm White Eco Ventflo model, which I can buy from Bunnings. I have unscrewed the old one, but can’t see or reach the plug to be able to install the new one with my short ladder. May require going up through the nearby access panel to swap the plugs. If so, we are happy to be on the floor for you to pass the old fan down to and pass up the new plug, so we only need one person. Modern house built 2017, single story. If you want to make your trip more worthwhile, I also need these things done. Please specify if your offer includes any of these or is just for the fan. - OPTIONAL Drilling in one broom holder bracket + 7 wall plugs and screws to hang paintings from (I have the plugs and screws and points to drill will be marked in pencil, just bring your drill) - OPTIONAL spray and wiping to clean the mould that has grown since the exhaust fan stopped working above the shower. The wall area is approximately 100x150cm and the tiles have already been purchased, ready to go - see photos for tile info. Will also need tasker to install x2 screws for mounting or mirror. Requirements: - Must provide all necessary tools and equipment for the job. - Attention to detail is a must to ensure a neat and professional finish. Alignment and tile uniformity is important. Additional Info: - The wall is prepared and ready for tiling. - There's already existing x2 mounting screws for the mirror. Tiler to simply replicate mounting points once tiles have been laid over the wall. - Spacing between kit kat tiles are roughly 3mm. Tiler to maintain similar spacing between tiles. - Finally, will need gap between tiles and vanity bench to be sealed with silicon. When quoting, would appreciate if tasker can share photos of previous tiling work if possible, and a brief description of methodology to complete the task. Looking forward to hearing from you!

Hi The shower recess is leaking into the bedroom next door, need someone to waterproof the wall from the bottom (due to the grout/tiling issue). It’s the white wall in the pics with the soap bar/tap, in the bottom that needs to be fixed . Not sure if it’s a case of re-doing the silicone seal??
