Are you good with water proofing work around kitchen sinks? Do you consider yourself an expert on tasks to do with silicon, mould, waterproofing the kitchen-counters and caulking gun? If yes then I invite you to read on. I am looking for someone who can fix the bit around the kitchen sink where the silicone has not been done well, there is mould and this extends along the frame of the counter where it meets the wall for about 4-5 feet in length. There is also a bit of caulking to do on the nearby tiles. As you can see in the photos, there is a kitchen sink tap and a drinking water tap to negotiate as well. There is old stuff that needs to be removed (scraped off?) and then put the water proofing back on properly like it is meant to me. I would expect you to have your own tools (silicon / caulking gun, scraping tool etc). I consider myself a fair, reasonable person so please do not respond if you're rude, or want more money than what the task is accepted for or just not punctual at all (few mins here & there is ok) ... or the other thing is when the person shows up on-site and then just doesn't want to do the work. Please ask if you have further questions, I will try to respond to the best of my ability. I am hoping that this can be done before Monday 30-Sep-2024.
