Remove existing property address sign. Push garden boxes out of the way. Install new property address sign with drilling holes to match mark the sign bolt holes, then take it back down. Paint the wooden fence. Once it dries, I will put the new sign back in place. I will provide the fence paint, roller, newspaper for ground and painting tools. I will also provide the new sign and mounting bolts and a drawing showing the bolting arrangement. If the person doing the task however can please provide a drill for drillling 8mm holes for the sign bolts, 75mm deep. The fence is roughly 4m2 for painting purposes. I estimate 2 hrs at $100 per hour. I will be available to help hold the sign for match drilling.

I have a high light fixture on the patio that is way out of reach. Someone with a tall ladder and a fair degree of skill and confidence required to open the light fixture and change the bulb. Sounds easy but i must remind it’s about 4.5 metres high and on the patio of an 8th floor unit. So not for someone afraid of heights i must say.

I’d like to install new pullout drawers in my pantry, which is currently empty and no longer has the wire shelves shown in the photos. I would like to keep the same door and install soft close pullout drawers (like on the last picture attached) with the soft close door on hinges. Initially, there were 6 shelves in the pantry and the cavity internal measurement is: 196.5 x 38 x 48. The last photo is provided as a reference for the idea.
