I will also provide the new sign and mounting bolts and a drawing showing the bolting arrangement. If the person doing the task however can please provide a drill for drillling 8mm holes for the sign bolts, 75mm deep. The fence is roughly 4m2 for painting purposes. I estimate 2 hrs at $100 per hour. I will be available to help hold the sign for match drilling.

To repair the floor damaged by oven cleaner

I have a high light fixture on the patio that is way out of reach. Someone with a tall ladder and a fair degree of skill and confidence required to open the light fixture and change the bulb. Sounds easy but i must remind it’s about 4.5 metres high and on the patio of an 8th floor unit. So not for someone afraid of heights i must say.
