Glass shower door has slipped from the hinge

The top hinge is broken on my front gate - I'm looking for someone to source a new one and replace the broken one. (OK to replace both hinges if necessary).

I need someone to come and install a large petsafe dog door. It requires cutting out of the wooden door.

I have a garage converted to a studio that has developed a leak and has flooded the floor. I am not sure if it is an issue with the bricks or the roof but would like someone to look at it to provide a diagnosis and suggestions of ways to fix it.

I’m trying to grow Boston Ivy on a painted wall but no luck. I want to attach some raw lattice to see if that will work. It is currently growing okay on a timber fence. Lattice size is approximately 1. 8 meters high x 2. 4 meters wide I also want a piece of lattice attached to the timber fence for another climber and that would be 2400 x 1200 See photos

We have about 10 ceiling down lights that we would like to change the entirely. But the current ones we have are 17cm or 14cm which are a bit too big. We want to change it to standard size around 90 cm that means we need to fill up the holes. We would like to have some one with plaster experience to make the holes seamless. If you can install the lights for us that would be great, if you are just a fantastic plaster that would be also fine.
