The kitchen tap has very low water pressure, the tap was replaced less than 12 months ago, it may be that the hose is crimped blocking the water flow. The cupboard below the sink have some surface mould, this needs to be throughly cleaned please with mould killing cleaning product. The water also doesn't get hot like it used to from this tap so I would like to fix that also

Need to switch out a regular light fitting with a ceiling fan/light. I will source the fan, the wiring, etc. (it's a remote operated model, the one I'm looking at), but I'm not actually sure how to install it, as the pitch of the roof in that section of the crawl space is too small to access (for me anyway - I'm 6'5"). I'm not actually sure there's a way to do this, save by ripping a roof sheet up, because a piece of timber needs to be installed between joists so the fan mount can be attached to something. I'm open to ideas.

Badly stripped grub screw required to be removed from shower diverter. It is fairly close to bathroom tiles, so care is required. The screw will be replaced, so it isn’t a problem if it is destroyed. We have tried all the standards fixes and managed to remove one, but are having no luck with the second.
