Bottom bracket of shower screen is cracked and no longer supports the door; I think the bracket needs to be removed, replaced and then the shower door re-hung

Fitting a Tv Wall Mount. Mount needs to be drilled into the wall, the property is an older Queenslander so timber may be dryer meaning you will need batton screws. I have already located the stud for placement, so it’s just the process of drilling holes and mounting TV. You will need a drill with the correct head to drill a fresh hole in the wall. the TV is 65kg & approx 30kgs quiet heavy but I’m happy to help with lifting etc.

The kitchen tap has very low water pressure, the tap was replaced less than 12 months ago, it may be that the hose is crimped blocking the water flow. The cupboard below the sink have some surface mould, this needs to be throughly cleaned please with mould killing cleaning product. The water also doesn't get hot like it used to from this tap so I would like to fix that also
