Install ceilings in a small 2 bedroom apartment on the second floor, up stairs (no lift). Total area = 56sqm. We want to minimise the depth of the new ceiling (small timber battens or furring channel), Open plan kitchen/living/dining plus 2 bedrooms and small hallway. New ceiling to go underneath vermiculite - existing ceiling to remain insitu. Electrician has already disconnected light fittings. 90mm cove cornice to be installed. Would like the work done asap and want a good result.

We have a new Gyprock wall needing paint approx 4x2.5, undercoat plus 2x coats of ‘whisper white’. Also touch ups of ceiling above the new wall.

Repair plasterboard where tiles have been removed. Tiles will be laid over the repaired area. 90cm x 30cm. Also patch holes in wall where dryer was hung.
