The Structural Inspection Report is available upon request. I need a quote for the replacement of a brick front wall that has significantly shifted over the years (the house is over 30 years old). As shown in the attached photos, the brick wall is no longer aligned with the roof and is not secured. The Structural Report recommends removing the wall entirely and installing steel posts. I need quotes by Thursday, 12/12, before my settlement date to negotiate the price with the sellers. The job will likely need to be completed this month or early January, depending on availability, as it has been flagged as an urgent repair.
