Repair a few cornerstones coming off. Need cement and a bit of concrete. A job for someone local only.

Painting and general small maintenance. Would need own tools and be available 3 days to start from Tuesday 20th and 2 other days before Friday 23rd August.

I have 30 hooks as per the photo and need to secure them well into mostly a brick wall but some tin and wood surfaces.

Need 4 new hinges put on my corner kitchen cupboard doors. Need someone to source and install hinges. Offering $150 to fix it + I’ll pay for hinges.

My treadmill is only 13 months old. The screen went blank & just displays dots. The belt won’t move. I’d like a quote on having it repaired please. The manufacturer won’t fix it. It also weighs 125kg

Facia has had water coming down it over a long period and the board needs replaced in one section. The roof has since been sealed. There is a beam for a carport attached to the facia.

The latch on a side gate won’t shut properly, not sure if the gate has dropped. Need someone who can fix it. - Due date: Flexible
