Need some help with some things around the house: Repair a small gap in roof gutter Repair/replace some timber on deck roof that has some wood rot - have added some more pictures and notice a gutter drooping too. Have to negotiate price to get this done.

Just need it fixed somehow.

Facia has had water coming down it over a long period and the board needs replaced in one section. The roof has since been sealed. There is a beam for a carport attached to the facia.

Sloping land, the top level ends with a timber retaining wall, which is covered with a sandstone layer (for presentation purposes). This is peeling off and need to be repaired, using cement and some smaller stones. - Due date: Before Saturday, 15 April 2023
