Find an experienced handyman in Yarrawarrah

Two gyprock repairs as pictured. One is approx 60 x 90cm; the other 45 x 90cm. Small amount of plastering to be completed on edges so that we can sand and paint, including re-affixing plug socket to wall (again as pictured- no electrical wiring required).

We have an older style screen sliding door that need to have the mesh replaced. I would like to replace with pet mesh if possible as our cat has ruined the current mesh. The intention is to renovate eventually so this is going to be a temporary solution instead of replacing the whole door. 1 x fly screen replacement for old style sliding door - The beading needs to be removed and replaced (see imagery) - Pet mesh to be installed if possible Please quote and let me know what is possible. Put in a stud wall 345cm long Including a door Gyprock and plastered, ready for painting Coving edges. Acoustic/heat insulation TBC. No electronics. Creating a room that must be 200cm wide.

2x external window roller shutters are stuck. Manually raise and lower with internal handle. Looks like cords may need to be replaced. 2nd storey windows. Need ladder

Firstly, I'm not really sure the type of person I need for this role (and I think it will depend on the complete scope). We have a huge 12ft ceiling wall in our home that you can see from the entrance but it's on the top level. We would like to discuss some options with someone who is an experienced builder or handyman who can work with us to decipher our needs to turn it into more of a feature wall, potentially with a fireplace, long bench and recessed shelving. Attached inspiration, pictures of the room and a rough idea of what's in my head but happy to work with someone if they have a better idea as we really don't know what to do with this particular wall.
