Repair hole in bedroom wall

I have 3x canvas art prints I'd like to hang at the same height and precisely evenly spaced apart on my bedroom wall. (Drywall) The house is a rental so if it's possible to use a method that can be easily removed at end of lease that would be ideal but it's not essential. I have some extra large command strips but probably not enough for all 3x prints. All 3x frames have hanging wire fitted.

Put together an Officeworks desk Flatpack. It's a little complex so someone who is good at reading plans and putting things together. Fix a couple flyscreens,install a couple bolts on a fence, put some hooks in eaves at side of house. Supply & install 3 x privacy sets on 3 bedroom doors. Please supply all fittings, if you keep receipts and I'll pay for everything.

After changing the floor to 12mm laminate, a sliding door between master bedroom and bathroom does not work properly. I checked the top hung roller to fix it but there is mo margin to lift the door up. Need an expert to fix it.

Install a panel as per photo using the existing post on the right and using the fence rail( inside of fence) and dynabolt to driveway floor using bracket to install another post to the left . Then fixing panel aligned with other panels to the right. It will be easier when you see the job. Ladder provided if needed. Please work quietly as is my elderly mum's house and do not be bothered by nosy and unfriendly tenants renting next door. Just focus on the job and u can not go on their property. You might want a quick look first and if different screws or bracket is needed I can purchase ready for installing. The panel is quite long so when fixing you can temp use a screw to hang one side to make it easier when securing the other side . You can work it out, an old man attached the three panels to the right on his own in a few hours. Just to be clear the panel is to be installed inside the black gate to the left towards the inside gate.
