I'm looking for a professional for sand and refinish our hard wood floors. Someone who has done this before and knows exactly what they're doing. We have approx 80 sqm of hardwood floor that needs it's old red gloss finishing removed. We are trying to achieve a neutral, lighter wood finish. Ideally we would have this job done and completed on weekend 14-15 Dec.

I'm looking for someone to extend the engineered hardwood flooring in our living room over the balcony that's been enclosed. The balcony floor slopes for water run off so will need the floor made level with the existing floor in the living room. Looking for someone who can match and supply the existing flooring and extend it.

I ripped up old carpet and found beautiful hardwood floorboards underneath. I’m wary of damaging the floor when removing the old carpet edge tack strips (approx 22m in total around the edge of the room) plus one transition strip (2m) so seeking some help to gently remove them without marking the floor. I’m aware there will be small holes once the strips are removed - will consider options once I’ve had a look after their removal.
