Braemar ducted gas heating stopped working.

The heater began blowing out cold air, I went to reset the gas heating in the roof and noticed the pilot light was out. I then aimed to reignite the pilot light, but after holding the starter for a few minutes, the pilot light goes out once I let go. Could potentially be a thermocouple issue. The heater is an old Honeywell system and the box in the roof says Brivis Wombat 92.

I need a qualified professional to service my Bonaire Evaporative Cooling System (Ducted) and Bonaire Ducted Gas Heating System. I also have a Mitsubishi split system (single room) that I'd like serviced also. There aren't any known issues, everything is working as expected so this is a standard service to clean filters, do all the usual checks and ensure everything is working as expected including checking the duct work in the roof. Our house is single story, based in Craigieburn, VIC. I can be flexible with timing and days, I just want it done within the next 2 weeks please. Please be clear in your response if the service includes all 3 units or just the Bonaire heating and cooling units. Thanks!
