Need Heating unit replace in the roof.

Still working but not as before. Low heat and low cooling at the moment. There’s 2 units

The reverse cycle heating isn't working while the cooling does. Unit probably needs to be serviced as well. Also noticed there's a sort of gas smell from the outside of the unit when it is turned on.

Hi, ok so l just bought a new house and l cannot figure out why the Ducted Heating unit has no power to the "Wall Control Unit" The wall control unit doesn't display anything... no lights what so ever??? I cannot find/see any heating/cooling unit around the house, not on top of the roof. I am told it "Could Be" in the roof, as in jump up into the ceiling (man hole) and it might be in the roof/ceiling space itself. I am also told it may be as simple as turning the power supply/switch on... But who knows???? Anyways, l am after someone who does this sort of thing regularly as l really don't want people as clueless as me trying to figure it out, Lol. The task l am posting is to have someone come out, find the unit, check the unit and service/repair the unit.
