Ducted aircon ( heating/cooling) not working. Thermostat working, but no air coming out of any of the ducts. I'm not sure what the model of the heater is - haven't gone up to the roof to check. Single storey 3 bed house in Footscray. High ceilings. It is being used as a health clinic, so if able to come before 9am on weekdays or weekends ( ideally Sunday), that would be great. The ducted heating stopped working. It was starting (but it seems not to the point that the gas would turn on). I tried turning it on and off, but that seemed to have shut down the console (to adjust temp etc) as well now. Cheers

Aircon specialist/ technician to check the unit in a specific way Basically, the multihead units are fairly new. The previous multi-head units were changed to brand new ones less than 2 years ago due to the issue of it shutting off unexpectedly. The company kept sending staff to fix the problem on the brand new multi head units. They were able to fix the issue for some time (6mos-1 year) but now the issue kept happening again, that’s why the landlord believes the problem is not with the multihead units but the area he mentioned on the text (screenshot) - Due date: Flexible
