I have a Bonaire evaporative cooler fitted to the roof (2 storey house with easy access from the carport) and it is about 14 years old. Recently the water function stopped on the unit and it no longer cools the air. The evap unit still blows fresh air from outside. Note. I had the roof cleaned recently and the cleaner advised that water comes into the tray when the float valve is pressed. However, there is no water spraying onto the baffles when the unit is running in cool mode. We have a strong supply of water pressure to the house. I need a cooler technician to take a look at the unit to repair or service it. The posted price is a minimum just for showing up and I am prepared to pay more for parts and time as required. Thanks.

The dial of the control panel doesn’t work any more thus the fan speed could not be changed. Need qualified person to check it.

Open the cooling unit up, flush out system and replace filters. Might need to visits to see what filters are needed to replace the old ones. The unit is on the roof of my 2 story house

When the pressure of heater is high, the water drains to the gutter through the pip one the roof (please see it on the photo). We believe a floater or a part needs to be changed (in the photo)

Fan isn’t working and it needs a service

System not working need to find out why? Single story dwelling. Wall controller (NC-6) not going on (is relatively new). Wall controller was working a couple of days ago but with no error and after pad wetting, did not kick in and aircon work.

The heating ducts currently runs through the centre of our single storey attic. We need it moved over as far to the side as possible to allow us to create a storage space in the ceiling. Great roof access and some flooring created in the attic already. In order to push the 2 ducts to the side it may increase the length of ducting required
