Fan isn’t working and it needs a service

We have a Breezair system that requires a service. It is operational. Two story home but the system only services the second level of the home (bottom floor has a split system)

We require an urgent heating & cooling solution for a new build. 2 story flat roof

System not working need to find out why? Single story dwelling. Wall controller (NC-6) not going on (is relatively new). Wall controller was working a couple of days ago but with no error and after pad wetting, did not kick in and aircon work.

The heating ducts currently runs through the centre of our single storey attic. We need it moved over as far to the side as possible to allow us to create a storage space in the ceiling. Great roof access and some flooring created in the attic already. In order to push the 2 ducts to the side it may increase the length of ducting required

I have a double storey house and require the ducts to be checked regarding the heating coming through them. - Due date: Flexible

The ice maker Scotsman EC 47 has stopped working suddenly and the indicator of overheating is flashing as shown in the live photo attached

General maintenance service of Evaporative cooler. Two storey house. Easy access via manhole, tiled hip roof. Last service 2 year ago. Unit mounted on roof lhs of picture. The system shares a common duct with gas heating (recently serviced). From what I understand a service consists of 1. Remove and wash pads. 2. Clean out tray of cooler to remove all dirt and mud. 3. Tighten Collett and replace if needed . 4. Check fan capacitor and replace if needed. 5. Check correct operation of pump. 6. Check correct operation of fan (tension fan belt if applicable). 7. Check correct water level and adjust if needed. 8. Check operation of dump valve. 9. Make sure drain is clear. 10. Operate and Test. 11. Check air flow at all vents

The covers of 2 ducted heating vents in my townhouse have fallen off and need to replaced . One is the bedroom and one is in the bathroom. Can you please let me know what your charges will be to replace it. Please get in touch if you need to see photos. Thanks Sneha

Heater not turning on. Potentially pilot has gone out

I have a Braemar 20kW Gas Ducted Heating unit and I believe its due for a service. I would like a qualified Technician that has fault finding and repair skills to come and have a look at the unit. Its making a noise that was not there before from the outdoor unit and I would like it checked and repaired if required.

I was trying to change the battery for the heating system and ran into some issues. The bottom knob on the control box broke, so I can’t secure it back in place. Additionally, the red wire detached from the plate connected to the battery. Can someone help?

We have two existing outdoor ceiling flush mounted heating strips that need replacing (elements have blown). We have bought the two new heating strips, we just need someone to swap them out.
